We appreciate that you choose Shay and Company as your raw material supplier. We do our best to process all orders, placed during business hours, within 4 hours. If you selected a Will Call order, we will email you letting you know what time it will be ready for pickup. Please be sure to check your spam folder as sometimes it will go there.

If your order is being shipped, we will email you a tracking number and you should receive shipping updates directly from UPS. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. (link to account here). You should also receive an email from UPS at the end of the day with your tracking number.

Please read the following information if you placed a Will Call order.

Will Call procedures-

Yes, we are open for Will Call orders at our Oregon store located at 10639 SE Fuller Rd, Milwaukie, Oregon 97222.

Our hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; Tuesday 9 a.m.-4 p.m.; Friday 9 a.m.-3 p.m. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

If you placed your order over the weekend, we will email you Monday morning with the time your order will be ready that day. Weekend orders are not ready at 9 a.m. Monday.

We email everyone who selects Will Call with the time the order will be ready for pickup. If you come in earlier, you may have to wait for us to make the product. If you have questions or need to pick up your order earlier than the time indicated on the email, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All Will Call orders are picked up at our store at 10639 SE Fuller Rd, Milwaukie, Oregon 97222

When you arrive to pick up your order, come in and give us the name on the order. Smaller orders will be prepped in the store with your name on it and you can get your order after you have told us your name. If you have larger items, please tell us the name on the order and our warehouse team will bring the items to you and load them in your vehicle.

If we are helping other customers when you come in to pick up your order, please wait until we are done with them first. You can wait in the store, or you can wait outside. Please be respectful of customers we are already helping.

Parking - please park in front of one of the white bay doors. This is customer parking and is easy for us to load your order.

We do our best to process all orders the same day if the order is placed before 1 p.m. This applies to both UPS and Will Call orders.
